Non-violent Communication is an approach to communication and emotional intelligence which can have a deep impact on our relationships at home, work and with ourselves. The course aims to broaden the communication skills of participants in order to identify, address and prevent conflicts. It will also provide support, theoretical orientation and the skills leading to accommodating and effective team cooperation and inner motivation. The course is based on interactive exercises and activities, and provides space for raising questions and sharing experiences, as well as time for self-reflection and individual work, and for practicing the methods of Non-violent Communication.
